No Refunds / No Returns Policy

Because each sign we create is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized items.

Customer Responsibility

• Spelling & Wording: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, phrases, and wording are spelled correctly at the time of purchase. We create each sign exactly as it is submitted on your order.

• Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. To process a replacement, we require:

• A clear photo of the damaged sign

• A photo of the shipping box

• A photo of the shipping label

• All photos must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Once received, we will remake and ship your replacement at no cost.

Transit Disclaimer

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit conditions are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times, carrier handling, or delays caused by weather, holidays, or service interruptions.
