We do not offer returns for any reason. If your item is recieved damaged while being shipped we will replace after we recieve images of the damage and a clear picture of the packaging with the label. 

Each of our cutouts is ready to be hung outside ot inside right out of the box. Our cutouts can be broken if dropped so please secure soundly wherever you choose to display. Note our cutouts are made of PVC and such should not be exposed to temperatures in excess of 165 degrees, this may cause warping. (ie above a stove, or in between a front door and a storm door)

Our cutouts come to you in beautiful classic white, you have the option if you would like to paint your cutout after recieving it. Lightly sand and use acrylic paints, seal with clear if you'd like.
